Intact Partners Inc. (Intact) is a Florida corporation doing business in the United States of America and is headquartered at 267 John Knox Rd, Suite 203, Tallahassee, Florida. Unless otherwise stated in contract or agreements all jurisdiction shall be in Tallahassee, in Leon County, in Florida.

Intact is a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) Direct Reseller of Microsoft services and products.  Intact is able to provide pricing, terms, and other products as part of its sales to end user customers.  All customers must agree to the terms and conditions set forth in the Microsoft Cloud Agreement (MCA) found here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/partner-center/agreements and also agrees to any attached Service Level Agreement (SLA) for the Microsoft service purchased.  Intact is responsible for applicable customer support and to bill and collect for services in accordance with any sales and services agreement entered into by Customer and Intact.

Intact develops solutions for customers in some cases as contractor and is governed by the terms and conditions of the contract in such cases. Such contracts shall not alter or subjugate any other contract Intact may have.  Intact also provides purpose built software as "common off the shelf" and sells or licenses these products and associated services on an "as-is" basis.

Intact makes no warranties and does not guarantee the suitability for use of any of our services or those of Microsoft in any case where the customer may use the services; customer assumes all risk associated with the use.
