Intact is creating code that needs no programmers. It is in its infancy now but it is developing very fast! Artificial Intelligence (AI) is not a myth, it is real. Using simple Microsoft Excel spread sheets we are teaching our system about business using real-life development projects.

How good are we now? We can develop applications (if you can call it development) in just minutes. The more we use it the faster it gets. AI will continue to learn about the business functions to automate the automation.

In this series of articles I am going to discuss PowerLine on Azure. I will, hopefully be able to explain the process and why it is important to business users. I’m an engineer coder. I know automation, the process of removing humans from tasks machines can do better, faster, more cost effectively, and safely. Automation has virtually erased human drudge jobs. Software development is squarely in the bore sights of automation. PowerLine already can remove the entry to intermediate level developer positions in business applications.
